Onsite Installation Service consists of installation of your new device at your agreed location by a qualified JOS service agent. Installation Service provided as per below:

Device SetupUnboxing and physical inspection of the desktop/laptop.
Placement of the device at the designated workstation.
Connecting power supply, peripherals (mouse, keyboard, monitors, etc.), and network cables.
Operating System Installation and ConfigurationInstallation of the required operating system (if not pre-installed).
Configuration of system settings (time zone, language, regional settings).
Activation of the operating system using a valid license.
Hardware ConfigurationInstallation of additional hardware components (e.g., RAM, SSD, HDD) if required.
Verification of hardware compatibility and functionality.
Network ConfigurationConnecting the device to the local network or Wi-Fi.
Configuration of network settings (IP address, DNS, proxy, etc.).
Domain joining (if applicable) or setup of a local workgroup.
Testing network connectivity.
Software InstallationInstallation of required software, applications, and drivers.

The benefit includes better maintenance of your device, ensuring qualified technician troubleshoot and resolve your issue. For your convenience and upon request, JOS can also provide loaning of device if required.

JOS Exclusive Service Pack comes in 2 coverage i.e. 1 year and 3 years. Services include:

1. 24 x 7 x Next Business Day (NBD) Onsite Hardware Support
2. Email, Chat & Phone Support
3. Loaner of device upon request 
4. Remote OS & Application* Support

JOS Elite Service Pack provides remote and onsite support for technical, software and hardware of the device. The benefit includes better maintenance of your device, ensuring qualified technician troubleshoot and resolve your issue. For your convenience and upon request, JOS can also provide loaning of device if required. For Elite Service Pack, a quarterly report will be provided.
